• Client-provided data: CRM records, lead lists, and campaign parameters you provide when engaging our services.
• Website analytics: IP addresses, browser type, and page views when you visit pleko.win.

3. How We Obtain Contact Data

Contact information used in outreach campaigns is obtained exclusively from publicly available sources, including:

• Google Maps and Google Business Profiles (publicly listed business information)
• LinkedIn public profiles (information users have chosen to make publicly visible)
• Company websites and public directories
• Social media posts where individuals publicly express interest in relevant services

We do not purchase data from third-party brokers, scrape private or gated content, or access data behind login walls without authorization.

4. How We Use the Data

• To send personalized business outreach emails and LinkedIn messages on behalf of our clients
• To score, route, and manage leads through CRM pipelines
• To enrich and deduplicate CRM records
• To generate analytics and performance dashboards
• To improve our automation workflows and service quality

5. Legal Basis for Processing

Our outreach activities rely on the following legal bases:

• Legitimate Interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)): B2B outreach to publicly listed business contacts where there is a reasonable expectation of commercial interest.
• Consent: Where required by applicable law, we obtain opt-in consent before sending marketing communications.
• Contract Performance: Processing client-provided data to deliver contracted services.

6. CAN-SPAM Act Compliance

All email outreach conducted by Pleko complies with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. § 7701):

• Every email includes a clear and conspicuous opt-out/unsubscribe mechanism
• Opt-out requests are honored within 10 business days
• Every email includes our valid physical postal address
• Subject lines and header information are accurate and non-deceptive
• We maintain and honor a suppression list of contacts who have opted out

7. Data Retention

• Outreach contact data: Retained for 90 days after campaign completion, then deleted unless the contact has engaged or opted in.
• Suppression list: Retained indefinitely to ensure opted-out contacts are never re-contacted.
• CRM data: Retained as long as the client maintains an active service agreement.
• Website analytics: Retained for 12 months.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties. We may share data with:

• Our clients (the businesses on whose behalf we conduct outreach)
• Service providers who process data on our instructions (email delivery platforms, CRM providers, hosting providers)
• Legal authorities when required by law

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request removal of your data from our systems

10. Opt-Out / Unsubscribe

You will be added to our suppression list within 10 business days and will not be contacted again.

11. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data storage, access controls, and secure API connections. All automation workflows run on isolated, access-controlled infrastructure.

12. International Data Transfers

Data may be processed in India, the United States, and the European Union. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for cross-border transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
